Provide strategies and implementation roadmaps for airports and airlines to implement new passenger processes to increase throughput, reduce costs, and improve customer service. These elements include common or dedicated use self-service and bag-drop, for both on and off airport locations. The strategies build on data-driven cost and process models to guide system specification and infrastructure design.
Studies include identification of optimum location for self-service devices, the recommended number of self-service devices for a given passenger flow, arrival and departure passenger flows & peaks (demand forecasting). Service also includes development of options for the airline bag drop processes and what equipment, staff and infrastructure is required to support these options.
Implementation support is provided for technical design, regulatory approvals, staff training, and on-going improvement to process throughput.
